I had a HUGE slice of Borriello Bros pizza just this past Friday. Quick service and the pizza was truly exceptionally great. The location that I visited in Springs, was just off I-25 & CO24 on 8th St., which has plenty of parking.

I found this place Saturday by accident. "New Mexican Food and Cantina". Saw it and thought WTH. Pretty good stuff, and big portions. They have a 7lb. breakfast burrito that's stupid big, made with 5lb. of potatoes, 12 eggs, 1/2 lb. of ham, etc. While I was there, some guy at the next table got one of those things, it's hard to describe how big it was. Looked like a Sunday Denver Post covered with cheese and chili. Would easily serve 6-8 normal humans. http://www.jackngrill.com/

Senior Ric's, Mississippi and Abilene in Aurora. Don't get there much since we moved out of town.

    Texas Roadhouse. Anywhere.

Main Street Grill in Windsor has the best fish and chips I've ever had. I also really like Nordy's. Fantastic BBQ.

The Pumphouse in Longmont. Nothing like taking a little ride up there and enjoying a little food and beer on the patio when the weather is nice.

the food is ok, but the service is TERRIBLE. I refuse to go anymore. Eat at your own risk.

ditto, although the bar right next to the trailhead saloon on mountain in ft fun has good F&Chips
some of you denver folks need to head up to ft fun and try Uncles, Pulcinellia's or even the pizza cashba on laurel for some good pizza. I get fresh Italian meatball's, Sweet , Hot and Chorizo Sausage from a little place hidden away in denver's north side of town (sorry not giving up that place) as it is a wholesale joint.
Most italian i do myself. it seems like there are little mexican joints opening up all over ft fun every day.
Anyone who feels they get good italian or Mexican from some box store is smoking crack.
