the food is ok, but the service is TERRIBLE. I refuse to go anymore. Eat at your own risk.

ditto, although the bar right next to the trailhead saloon on mountain in ft fun has good F&Chips
some of you denver folks need to head up to ft fun and try Uncles, Pulcinellia's or even the pizza cashba on laurel for some good pizza. I get fresh Italian meatball's, Sweet , Hot and Chorizo Sausage from a little place hidden away in denver's north side of town (sorry not giving up that place) as it is a wholesale joint.
Most italian i do myself. it seems like there are little mexican joints opening up all over ft fun every day.
Anyone who feels they get good italian or Mexican from some box store is smoking crack.

In the last couple months the Mrs's and I have become big fans of Nosh in downtown COS. Normal food, normal portions, done incredibly well. The drinks are great, the staff has been wonderful. Next time I want to try the Fried Chicken and Waffles...

GB Fish and Chips on Sheridan by Slones Lake in Edgewater - Awesome Fish & Chips!
Saltgrass Steak House has pretty good Cow but, they have the #1 best Cheese Cake made fresh everyday.
Efrains in Layfette for Mex ain't bad. Try the hot green chili if your brave or have a cast iron colin.
Papa J's in Westminster has good Pizza, I like their traditional crust with everything but anchovies on it. Sausage sandwich for lunch.
My brother make the best BBQ in the State as far as I'm concerned, He has The Big Green Egg Cooker, Smoker, and Grill. World Class Ribs & Wings. I could go on and on but I'm getting hungry. Got to go!

For burgers I like Tami's Burger Haven on 44th http://www.yelp.com/biz/tamis-burger-haven-denver . Closest thing to my favorite burger joint back home in Oklahoma. Big ol' 6" flat burgers with grilled onions, raw onions, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mustard. Yum! I don't really care for the typical thick, fat burgers with massive buns, I like 'em thin and wide.

Bono's BBQ at I-25 and Dry Creek, some damn good barbecue. They smoke all their meat on site, and the sauce is awesome.
