I got problems, I can only surf the web and what not as a guest user/ I try to go to my admin account, and do a system restor, but for some reason it will not let me. I hate my computer. Is there any way to restore it back to factory specs? I am not worried about losing any of this shit. I plan on blowind it up when I get a new one any way

I've now exhausted ALL my knowledge of computers with that one sentence.

    Byte is 100% right.

The easiest way is to wipe the HD and re-install the OS. The tricky part is that you'll lose all of your files if you haven't backed them up. If you did, you need to make sure you don't have any virii in your backup.

I love the new trend to keep the OS images on the HD. Dell does this. You can hit a magic key combo on boot-up, walk through some menus, and presto, restored to defaults.

    what type of computer?
What is the OS? (Windows XP home/ XP Pro? Vista Home? Etc?
are you concerned about losing data?

I deliver Antivirus software with the service.

If I have to drive to you, it costs you Gas money at a Minimum.

If you no longer have a recoverable system and you do not have licensing I can drop a very friendly FREE OS on it called Ubuntu... good for browsing etc.

there are allot of options here but I need to know what we got. Give me a call on Wednesday. the number is in your PM.
