Yes, I would suggest doing some aggressive emailing, because las animas is a long, long ways from Basalt and it is certain that no one is going to be able to get there for the meeting. I am sure that they set the meeting at that time and place precisely to limit the input of citizens--as a recently retired government employee, I can tell you that government does not like common citizens interfering with its affairs and very purposefully and consciously tries to insulate its policymakers from citizens' "interference". So those who want to hang on to the range--time to email now!
