    That is pretty much exactly what this car is. It's a modified Lotus with a GM V8.

    Except the Hennessey is a tuner car, not a production car ... but that's ok, the British just kicked the Franco-German Bugatti in the nuts with the McLaren P1

    A "tuned" Lotus, it is not...it's being considered a production car.
