    I was out there about a month ago and only saw the old BK. Pretty brassy thing to try and pull off (which [so far] he has) - robbing ANYTHING on a .mil base is hard to get away with the perimeter fences and armed guards/MP's/SP's. I've done it successfully several times for exercises but I had the cover of night, an excellent knowledge of the base, and good insight into how the officers thought since I worked with them - all on my side.

    There is two additional BK's as well as the main one that's been there since before I was stationed there in 1988. The two additional ones are in the gas station/convenience stores near the B street exit and the northernmost housing area.

    Default Security Cameras

    I bet once the security cameras are examined, the culprit will be caught. Crime on a military installation is a Federal crime. Hard time in a Federal Penitentiary is no early release like a state prison. If military, Fort Leavenworth is not like Fort Carson.
    Hopefully they will turn themselves in before anybody else is harmed. If not, they probably will be shot by the police. Always more room in the sea...
