Nothings gonna change IMO, doesn't really matter who's in there for the most part. Our country is kinda f'd in general right now, and it all politician's fault. Not just the dems...
I'm broke, it will have no immediate affect on my spending
I'm catious now and will continue to be cautious
I'll likely be more optimistic and spend more

My portfolio is empty... which means I stop watching the market. All of my fund are either in properties or under my mattress. So property value would be my sole indicator to spend more or less. It has been ongoing for the last 2 years. Both GOP and Dems are acting pretty much the same the last 18 years anyway. So nope, I care more about my rights etc than how will the election affect my spending.
I'm beyond broke, especially after this weekend when my brother came to town... so it'll have no immediate effect on my life... or lack of.
Saving for a house, damn they are pricey. Got almost everything i need right now
Where's the "Still putting every spare penny into firearms, ammo and MREs." option at ?
I believe it will prevent it from getting worse if they continue the Bush tax cuts. If the cuts go away, we'll be cutting back as will many others.

You realize the tax cuts are being extended for everyone making less than $250k a year, right? The debate is only about extending it for those making over that limit. So if you're making more than 250k, you'll pay an extra 4% taxes on what you're making over that limit. Is that going to affect your spending?
