Default How will the upcoming elections affect your spending?

I'm curious about your thinking. For the poll, assume that the Republicans take control of the House and Senate away from the moonbats.

It really won't affect our spending as just with the way the economy has been we have tightened the purse strings anyway. I am watching the Governors race closely and that is what make me a touch nervous. All three candidates have stated they will cut state spending and government. Specifically they have mentioned Transportation and Higher Education.
    Layoffs?
    Furloughs?

    We'll see.

Nothings gonna change IMO, doesn't really matter who's in there for the most part. Our country is kinda f'd in general right now, and it all politician's fault. Not just the dems...

My portfolio is empty... which means I stop watching the market. All of my fund are either in properties or under my mattress. So property value would be my sole indicator to spend more or less. It has been ongoing for the last 2 years. Both GOP and Dems are acting pretty much the same the last 18 years anyway. So nope, I care more about my rights etc than how will the election affect my spending.
