Default Who is carving a pumpkin this year?

I went out and got my daughter a big pumpkin today. We've carved one before but she was too young to remember.

Anyway, I ran into this one some where and I am going to steal the idea and try to carve it. I already have the drawing. Wish me luck, I suck at all things art.

DO we have to politicize EVERYTHING??
Cant we just have a good ole' Halloween for the kids.

How about a Pot Leaf over the baby Jesus this Dec.
    Just carve a Jack-O-Lantern.

    What's political about this pumpkin?

I already drew my baby onto our pumpkin. Mine has devil horns though.

We always carved them. It was especially fun when the kids were young and we all would carve our own and vote on the best.

Here are the pictures I've taken of the steps I've completed. I can't believe how well it has turned out so far. I hope I can get the relief depths right. The last time I carved a relief was in 7th grade and it didn't have to be back lit.
