Denver survival Co-op: BOB bags nov 14th

Topic: BOB bags show and tell not just a list of stuff.

Location: Paramount park gazebo/bbq 27th and Kipling west side of the park. Street parking. *** This is a tentative meeting place, we may have an indoor location offered to us soon*** (indoor suggestions welcome)

Time: Sunday nov 14th 9am sharp-10:45

Gear required: 1 Open mind, dress for the elements

Optional gear: Lawn chair, note book, your BOB bag or car kit

Cost: $0 (donations are accepted)

Bug Out Bags, or BOB bags. Emergency bags, car kits. All are designed to get you through an emergency, what's adequate? What's too much? What's too heavy to carry? What are your needs?

I'll be bringing a car bag that lives behind the seat and my own BOB bag to be picked through and discussed, bring yours if you like.

Wow. Thanks for the great info. Learned a lot. I can see that I am lacking in a few items.. Now I have to make a few stops in town for fire starters/security/tools& other loose items.

Dang, missed this one. Was busy out playing deer hunter all weekend. I really wanted to attend this one too! Many show up? We might have to do another if it wasn't very well attended.

Just posted Decembers' co-op, this one will be organized by me but taught by my good friend who's a knife nut.

Just Wally was there, but we covered alot and were able to get him out early to meet other obligations. I will post my AAR by the end of the night.
