I agree with the second sentiments you posted however.

NYC has some great music and shows, but the bad attitude of the people and just a closeness of the buildings and trash, etc... I just don't care for. I like farmland and being able to see the horizon, and knowing who most of your neighbors are, etc.

There's a lot of the country east of Ohio and north of the Mason-Dixon line that I could do without. Think China might take New York and New Jersey as partial payment for the debts we owe 'em? I'd offer DC too, but they would want MORE money to take that off our hands (besides, they already own most of it, if you know what I mean).
