    Maybe I am not good at figuring the weights of wood, but I am a regular camper/backpacker. I have a few different types of stoves, but I also cook and boil water over open fire. To me it just doesn't seem like it is that much wood to boil that much water. At the same time, I don't boil 5 gallons at once, I certainly don't have a huge pot that I backpack with all of the time. I boil very small amounts, that I plan on consuming.

    Ya know, when it comes to survival, often times even the Strongest (physically) Men/Women, break down mentally. A good musician could make a world of difference. Sounds like you DO have something to bring to the table.

    Mean trumpet vs. angry trumpet - which is more difficult to play...

    Mean or Angry trumpet... I think the angry trumpet would be more difficult to play as the player must coax it to be nice and get along while playing... HAHA.
