Oh they can take it away...I spent 2 years in San Fransico (I know, I know...) and I remember it being illegal to smoke outside your OWN home if your neighbors could smell it...even if they chose to keep their windows open. They could call the police and you could get a ticket...
As they say, what happens in California can/will happen elsewhere...

I love Colorado. As a Texas transplant I'm happy as hell to be here.
On the other hand, the left in this state amazes me.... or even more than that the Republican party in this state has pissed me off. What a complete and utter joke they have turned out to be. Can't make their fucking minds up and when they do, they bet the farm on Dan fucking Maes.
