    They could...


    The cigar could be considered hazardous for your physical health... Ban it for the children!
    The glass of Jamesons could be considered bad for your emotional peace... Ban it for the children!
    The Stevie Ray (love him!) could be considered noise ordinance violation, even with headphones... Ban it for the children!

    Been holding on to a cuban in my humidor for about 6 years... should go good with a glass of The Glenfiddich 15 yr old scotch ... for a celebration tonight!

    They wont take them away. . . they'll just tax them to the point that the average person can't afford that luxury anymore.

    or, with our new universal healthcare they'll be found a public health hazard and be illegal

    Oh they can take it away...I spent 2 years in San Fransico (I know, I know...) and I remember it being illegal to smoke outside your OWN home if your neighbors could smell it...even if they chose to keep their windows open. They could call the police and you could get a ticket...

    As they say, what happens in California can/will happen elsewhere...
