Russia urged the U.S. to abolish the death penalty. Cuba and Iran called on Washington to close Guantanamo prison and investigate alleged torture by its troops abroad. Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation, told the U.S. it must better promote religious tolerance. Mexico complained that racial profiling had become a common practice in some U.S. states.
so wait a second here, let me make sure I Get this right.

  • Russia Cuba and Iran, whom frequently kill or imprison their citizens for political differences, wants us to abolishes the death penalty and close GITMO.
  • Indonesia, where you can be killed for any reason at all (religious, reacial, ethnic), wants religious tolerance.
  • Mexico, where there are NO Immigration rights at all, and just about as few human rights, wants us to allow immigration.

-- All these treaties and conventions should be “self-executing,” meaning that no subsequent U.S. government action should be required for them to go into effect—regardless of the U.S. constitutional separation of powers, and the separation of powers between federal and state governments
Touch the Constitution, try to go around it, and we go to war. I Do NOT mean laser guided politically correct shit either Bub.

Are you kidding me?
The repression paper was authored by the National Conference of Black Lawyers and the Malcolm X Center for Self Determination, neither of which are listed among USHRN’s member organizations.
