When I was in my ccw class I was told to avoid things like the XD9. Due to the sub compact having more than a 10 round mag. Thus if one were to reside in let's say Lakewood. Where I guess it is okay to have the 13 round mag, then venture into Denver, maybe get pulled over for speeding or even just receive help from changing a flat. A Denver officer could confiscate your weapon for having a hi cap mag?
