    I prefer to keep mine dull, Broken tip, Large notches in the edge.

    Tears the flesh better, causes more wound bleeding.

    I have a guy, in west Boulder county, that does beautiful work. I just had him do my yearly kitchen knife sharpening. He also did a set of Marple chisels for me. Brought them back to their original bevels. Very nice.
