Right on! It shouldn't have had to come to that though, Cody has the RIGHT to fly the flag on his bike, the school fools DON'T have the right to say whether he can or can't. Does that asshole still have his job? Doesn't deserve it.

Self control: The minds ability to override the body's urge to beat the living sh.. out of some ass.... who desperately deserves it.
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

Obama, so full of crap it is a miracle Air Force One can even get off the ground,
News a little bit closer to home. Not to derail the thread, but it is along the same track.
I have a customer's tank in here right now. Retired Marine. He had me paint, Fuck with the Best, Die like the rest on it around the Bull Dog on the side of his tank. I painted it last year actually. But he was in Denver a few weeks back and parked his bike on the side of the street by one of the local watering holes. Some lady walked by his bike and looked at the art on the tank, called the cops. The cops show up, find my customer and cite him with a $280 fine for public vulgarity. How ironic, a guy who has given all of his adult life in service to our country protecting our supposed freedoms and civil liberties gets fined for expressing him self. It is ironic and simply disgusting at the same time. So, he brought the entire bike back to have stuff added and change the text on his tank.
Way to go Denver PD.
Palepainter - Just another case to prove that Freedom of Speech only applies to those with a liberal agenda or for those who aren't truly patriots.
In the case of this middle-school boy..... Does the school have an American flag hanging from a flagpole out front (as I believe ALL public schools are supposed to have)? If so, don't the same rules apply to the school itself as they wish to impose on the child? I mean, if it's offensive and creates racial tension on a bicycle, how much more so would it be to be hanging from a 30' pole proudly displayed in front of the building?
