    while working in a business for 15 years i had the more than occasional client who let me know they would be back after the first, when their "check came in"
    forget about the kids needing clean clothes and food. getting a smile now/cry later tattoo was top of the list

    I lived in downtown Toledo for a very short time. The apts were right across the street from the food stamp building. The "girls" used to work the parking lot on food stamp day. Very interesting.
