Don't use the ones you posted a link to, we had nothing but bad experience with those.

i am in SE aurora also. Near tower and hampden.

can you get me 2x 1/2" and 2x 3/4"? are you sure you don't want anything for them?

what kind of redheads anchors are they? (http://www.itw-redhead.com/rh_as_intro.asp)

For drilling holes into the concrete, I just used a masonary bit in a regular drill. Worked OK for me.

for "Under" the safe, you might consider stainless steel washers.
Kind of a pain to get the "Stack in place." but you definitely need to keep the safe up and away from Moisture.

They are the Multi-Set II's, You will nned the right size bit and set tool and your own grade 5 or harder bolts.
I could possibly borrow the bit and set tool for the holiday weekend if you have a hammer drill or rotary hammer.
    So you want 2- 1/2" and 2-3/4" ?

I will be busy this weekend and don't want to occupy your time. I have access to a hammer drill, and can pick up bits at the hardware store. 2-3/4" should work
