Give me your opinions on EAA guns.

Never heard of them before today. Any websites concerning the quality of the guns would be appreciated.

    Thoughts please?

I have witness in .40, a witness match in 10mm and a .45acp upper and haven't had any problems with either of mine. The witness line is manufactured by Tanfoglio. Fit and finish is very close to CZ's. Its a good piece for the money

I have a witness compact .45 that I used for as carry gun for years. It has thousands of rounds through it with never a miss fire or failure.

My opinion they are some of the best "inexpensive" guns made. YMMV

    Default I had a witness

Good gun, totally undervalued though.... Try to get it used, because a new one may be hard to sell if you are not planning to keep it.

Saw a .357 revolver today and thought it was a great price and wasn't sure if I should get it because of the brand name, I never heard of it.

The guy at the gun store gave me the impression that they weren't that great. Maybe just trying to urge me into a more expensive gun.

Eaa only imports guns they don't really make anything.
I believe the revolvers are made by weihrauch.

I don't know much about the quality of the weihrauch but on EAA's website there is a disclaimer "Note: (*) Alloy model cannot be sold in SC, WI, Il or other states or cities with frame melt point laws. " and that makes me wonder if these are the old pot metal Saturday night specials that really shouldn't be fired..

I've never owned one, but I've also never heard anything bad about EAA semi-auto pistols.

I have now heard several good things about semi-autos but it seems not a lot about revolvers. I am a pretty paranoid and lostwolf brings up a good point.

    Makes me a little nervous
