2011 Bear Season

I'm going to put in for a black powder bear tag for the 2011 season, and was curious if anybody knows of some good areas from Divide to Deckers.
I'm also considering the Phantom Canyon area, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Think campers. Anywhere around a campground in Deckers would produce. They love trash, and food. I've seen several while fishing in the Scragy View area.
