Spinoff thread! Basic course in Denver or Southern area

I am looking for a class to sign my GF up for as a christmas gift. Our schedules conflict sooo much that I can never get her to the range. She has very little firearms experience, but loves the guns. I would like her to be comfortable handling guns when I am not around. Been together 2 years and have only been able to get her shooting about 3 times. She is off on weekends and I am not, so weekend classes would be perfect for her.
