I purchased a lower from them on Saturday the 15th (completely unaware of panic buying). I recieved an email from them Monday asking for my FFL, tuesday saying it was being processed, and I got a tracking number late Tuesday early Wednesday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, the CEO (or atleast thats what the signature said) emailed me saying that my order cannot be shipped until I have my FFL send in their info (which had already been sent). Yesterday I get another email saying sorry for the confusion, and my order was being processed again. Now today I got what looks like an automated message from them saying my order is not in stock and is on back order, and i can substitute anything on their website in lieu of what I ordered as long as it is able to be added to my cart because that means its in stock (just like my lower).
I understand that it's probably extremely hectic, but they charged me on Saturday when I ordered it and make it seem like I should be receiving this shortly.
That is my rant for the day.
