DENVER, Colo. -- The Division of Wildlife and local ice fishing experts will assist families in learning ice fishing techniques and provide tips and pointers that will prepare them for future ice fishing adventures on their own. Space is limited to 25 people, so register early!

WHAT: Family Ice Fishing Clinic

WHO: Children and their families

WHEN: Saturday, February 26 at 9 am

WHERE: Pine Valley Lake on Jefferson County Open Space Property

DIRECTIONS: From U.S. Highway 285 at Pine Junction, turn southeast onto Pine Valley Road (County Road 126). Continue 5.8 miles toward the town of Pine, then follow the signs to the Pine Valley Ranch Park.

Additional clinic information will be sent to registered participants.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

--Warm clothing
--A Thermos with a Hot Drink for your family
--Any ice fishing gear you'd like to try out (The DOW will supply the basics, including shelter, fishing poles, and bait for the day)

YOU SHOULD WEAR: Weather appropriate clothing

COST: No cost

Glock thats just not right!! Or fair. I've only been out 2-3 times so far. Thats why I have to take next week off to try to get caught up!!
