Who is this for Jensen Arms, Mike? Will this be a single person posting or will several people from the store have this username/password?

    jeez
You guys must smell bad or something, my wife and I went in again yesterday, helpful good advice from a couple people who all said "hi" and got a SMOKING deal on a used gun and their new prices were excellent.

Really, never had an issue, and I've bought more than a couple guns there.

competent help, good selection (within their niche), excellent prices.

All they need is a waiting lounge when you are waiting for the background check (HINT HINT)

That's actually a VERY good idea right there. A couple couches/seats and maybe a TV with some magazines and such. That would be VERY nice and I think well received by customers since there really isn't even so much as a place to sit when CBI starts getting up to several hour long checks. If you're like me and already know the inventory inside and out you wander so much sometimes it would be nice to just sit to wait if you don't want to leave or have anything else to do.

Here's the deal: We are trying to get a good grip on how to more effectively help our customers. There are a bunch of us here who really do care. Let us know what we can do to be more effective, and have a better relationship with our customers. Don't know if we can put in a sofa quite yet, but changes are hopefully in the works.

If you have a problem, I'm the one to address. I will try and help however I can. Not sure what else more I can do than that. We have applied for and been given an Industry Partner status. So, if you need something, please feel free to contact me via the phone, Internet, or just plain stop in and ask for me.

I know I can go to Gun Broker for what I presume to be a reasonably accurate inventory of what is available and for that is serves its purpose, but are you guys intending to restart a Business website? Or for that does Gun Broker serve its purpose on your end as well?

I'll wait until I hear from others that the jerks at Jensen's are gone before I bother. If things have really changed I will shop at Jensen's, Mike is a cool guy and so was Pat(when he worked there).

+1 on that. The last time I went in there I was looking for a Mossberg 930, and I got so much attitude I just walked out. Figured I should probably give my cash to a shop that actually wanted my business...
