I hate Jensen's.

I went in there last night to pick up a few boxes of 22LR with my wife, and while browsing around the store, John made me a great, spur-of-the-moment offer on any rifle on the shelf. While the rifles were a little out of reach, he mentioned he did have a couple M&P Shields in stock, as he had just received a decent order earlier in the day. Fully expecting over-inflated pricing due to the current market environment, I was shocked as hell when he said the price was only $394. SOLD. They waited a few minutes after closing for my background check to clear so I could take it home with me instead of coming back. Super friendly folks while we waited, just a damn nice vibe in the store.

I walked in there expecting to spend $15 on a couple boxes of ammo, but because of their damned friendly attitude & fair prices, I happily walked out with a new pistol.

Yeah, I hate Jensen's. (not!) They are now my go-to gun store. No reason to go anywhere else.

The change in ownership has been a great improvement, CS and overall attitude wise. As i mentioned in my last write up. Nice to be greeted with smiles and not hung up on ,when checking if the gun you want is in stock.

+1 things have changed quite a bit in the last few months. Every one is super helpfull now,before you would get the fuck you find it your self look when asking for help.

Great experience - They did have a bad rep for a while (I live in Loveland) but was in yesterday (7/25) to look for a gun (they did not have unfortunately) but Geoff knows his stuff and was very helpful. The other staff members chimed in as well regarding my questions. Inventory is kinda low at the moment but I'll definitely be back....

Also FYI- They have no interest in private party transfers (within Colorado) but will do an out of state transfer if you order a gun in for 25 bucks I believe.

Been there a few times. Decent (fair) pricing for their stuff and a decent selection. Good guys there too!

I have to agree that the change in customer service has been a huge.

A couple years ago we went in for a shotgun for my wife and the guy didn't even want to pull it out for us to look at unless we agreed agreed we were going to buy it. There was no way I was going to buy a used / expensive shotgun without seeing it first so needless to say we hadn't been back in a while.

Two weeks ago we went in to look at another one for her and John was awesome to work with as was everyone else we came in contact with. Needless to say we walked out with two guns that day and a new appreciation for the store.

Well worth the trip. Great prices on mags too. It's only a few minutes over the border.
