FWIW:
Stopped in and had a talk with Mike Rigg regarding some of the less than stellar service i (personally) had received in the past.
We had a nice talk and feel a new leaf is being turned over at Jensens.
Mike asked me and to also pass along, since this site has a lot of members this. If you feel you did not receive good CS and or have an issue PLEASE talk to him. Without Mike being made aware of the situation nothing can be done to resolve any issues then and or the future.
