Reloading .300 Win Mag (I can spin the bullet in the case after seating, how do I correct this?)

Thats what baffles me as I did full length re-size them with the appropriate die.

But you said "(Used the full length re-sizer and not the neck sizer die as these are new cases)", so I'm confused. Doesn't the full-length resizer also neck size at the same time?
