We had a CiCi's here in Fort Collins and I felt it was okay. Not amazing but for the price it wasn't bad.
We have a Pizza Ranch in Loveland now that's been around for years. When it first opened the pizza was as good or better than CiCi's and the chicken was dynamite. The sides were tasty and the price was fair. I liked that it was like CiCi's (which had closed down) but slightly better for slightly more money. Since it opened that place has really gone downhill. The pizza has gotten worse and worse and the prices keep going up. We gave up on it years ago but about once every year or so we forget how bad it is and make the mistake of going again. This occurred again just a few weeks ago in fact. Going in less frequently also allows us to see how far it has gone downhill versus when you go regularly and slowly adjust to the bar being lowered. This time the pizza was meh, the chicken was terrible and the sides were also trash. The prices were higher than ever (I think we paid nearly $30 for two people for crap food... but boy there was a lot of it if we could stomach it!) and the service was the worst it's ever been. They took the ice cream toppings away, I imagine because someone's jackass kids were horsing around time after time with them. The chicken was tiny little crappy pieces that was WAY overcooked and dry when before it was juicy and tender. The pizza options were picked over and not good. When I requested something I was told "sure" and it never came out. In the past at least they got the requests right. I don't know man, this place has been a real let-down and I imagine that's why it's nowhere near as full as it was after it opened when we used to go. It'll be at least another year before we make that mistake and I honestly don't know why anyone would eat there. I took a look around at the clientele while we were there and I guess I just no longer fit that demographic which is something to be proud of IMO. These days I prefer quality to quantity and it shows in my waste line & workouts. That doesn't mean I always eat perfectly but this place is just a pit of despair and the fact that you can eat as much of it as you want is the only draw. For the same price I can go 5min away and get all the Nordy's I want which is real, honest to goodness actual meat if what I want is all I can eat.

Chuy’s on Arapahoe. We gave it a 6 outta 10. Fun, friendly chips and salsa were yummy. Sopapillas where on point. Will try again with different sauces.
Tacobe, Indi.....I mean Native American food. 9 outta 10. Flavorful and interesting. Little pricey but not the same old same old. Right across from Chuy’s.

Found a new place, Rock Bottom Brewery. The one I've gone to is in Highlands Ranch just off Lucent.
Menu isn't large, but they seem to do everything on it very well. And they only serve their own brewery beers.
On their entrees, I've had their Jambalaya several times, it's excellent. Others in my party have had the 10oz sirloin, the bison burger, and the bacon mac and cheese, and everything was goood.
They've got some great appetizers as well, we've had the Jalape?o Pretzel Stix, and the Bacon Jalapeno poppers, both were great. They have a bunch of locations around denver, and one in the springs as well.
