They just opened a Steak & Shake by my house in Englewood! Long wait times though...
If your post count is higher than your round count, you are a troll.
Steak & Shake in CO? My wife will be having a fit to go there.
Bean crock!
(for those unfamiliar with S&S commercials, they always end them with saying "bean crock".)

Finally ate at that place a couple of weeks ago. I don't know what all the fuss was about. The food was good, I'll give you that, but it isn't worth waiting for an hour for it. I'll take 5 guys or Freddy's over steak & shake any day of the week.
And on another dining adventure........
DO NOT eat at the Taco House in Littleton. The lady wanted to go to Taco House a few weeks ago because she hadn't been there in years, I've never been. I thought to my self "hmm, place is CALLED Taco House, they probably have some pretty good tacos". That was my first mistake. Ordered the "beef" tacos (and I use the term loosly). The "beef" (that should really be in double quotes) was the consistency of toothpaste and tasted horrible. It was like if you took some grond beef, put it in a food processor with some smelly garbage and mixed it up. It was a 3 taco plate, I powered through almost 2 of them before I gave up.
Mistake #2: "maybe the chicken tacos are better!!" No. No they aren't. The chicken had absolutely zero flavor at all. As in, boil the chicken in unseasoned water, put nothing on it, chop it up, put it on a taco. Disgusting. The GF ordered a chile relleno. It was good.
It's the most disgusting Mexican food I've ever tasted. The mystery meat off the street vendors in Tijuana tastes better. Yes, I have eaten the mystery meat in TJ.
Next time I want Mexican fast food I'll just go to El Chubby's. I know what I'm getting there.
Not too many mentions of pizza . . . For what it's worth, I manage all 9 Borriello Brothers locations, and my father is a co-owner. I know the Springs folks will have more to say than Denver, as we only have one loaction up there, but I would love a little feedback, good or bad.
I have always tried to keep my affiliation under wraps, but when BlasterBob came back after a FTF deal and brought his wife up from Trinidad to have a pie, I realized that this forum is more than just about guns.
So what does everyone think about the pizza?
I've never been, so I can't really comment. But I noticed on the website you say "authentic New York style"....is it really? I've noticed since moving here from the east coast, Colorado's idea of New York Style, and actual New York style are VERY different.
I haven't had great pizza, Italian, or seafood or Chinese food in over a year.
Well, the first 22 years of my life were in New York, and my cousin owned a pizzeria in the Hamptons I used to work at in the summertime. We do things the same here as I did back there. The owners are all New Yorkers. It's the real thing.
In Lakewood, our customers love the pizza, but keep coming back for the dinners and salads. They tell us that there aren't many good real Italian places around, so we fit the bill for them.
We have a drive thru in Denver, too, a first for us. It's working out real well, hot slices all day.I looked it up and that's the place I've been seeing every day on my drive to school. been meaning to try it, will do that next week.
