Yes it is and "yes it is," thank you for the kind words. Specifically; Skeet Grade, 20 guage, 28", pistol grip stock, checkered butt, made for Stock, Inspection finished on November 13th, 1947 and Cody letter in my safe.

Yes, that is a gorgeous shotgun. I'll bet it handles very nicely too.

Only one I have (for now) is my clay gun. Just a basic semiauto... nothing special.

Nice, you know the best part about Model 12's don't you?
They don't have a trigger disconnector.
Just keep pumping with the trigger down.
    Awesomely fast.

Maybe a little bit of TMI, but really it's ok, you're among friends here.

once you go side by side, you'll never go back.

I "need" a 28 ga. anyone got any suggestions?

A Browning Citori in 28 gauge is very nice. If your into spending that much on a shotgun. A friend of mine just picked one up.

My Grandad left us a Winchester pigion grade SxS in 12g. It was unfired until I took it to Kiowa Creek for an afternoon. Works great, kicks like a mule, and it went back into the safe. Left a huge welt on my right cheek. I'll try to post some pics tomorrow. My grandad bought it NIB from Carl at BaileyGuns several years ago. I think it was made in the 60's. He got a smoking deal from Carl if I remember he paid $1200 NIB. I was with him when he bought it, so..... I think that makes it mine . Krasni will just have to wait for me to croak!
