local store selling NRA targets?

I went over there a few weeks ago, and the y have a sign on their door that says Wholesale Only. So I turned around and walked away.
I hate asking stupid questions when something is posted on the entrance door.
I even e-mailed them and never got a response !

just walk past the sign and bring exact change. Nice guys.
