Sounds like a fun time - cold, but fun.

Where is the Cheyenne Rifle & Pistol Club located?

ETA: Nevermind. I found this info online:
    http://www.cheyennerifleandpistolclub.org/ (Cheyenne, WY)
Background and Facilities - The Cheyenne Rifle and Pistol operates an indoor range at 2621 E. 7th, Cheyenne, Wyoming, and a 320-acre outdoor range northwest of the city.

I think they are really hurting themselves limiting this to Korea era weapons only.

I fixed it for you. Rifles allowed are M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, M1A, or AR15. 56 round rifle match. 8 rounds per magazine or clip. There is also a 21 round pistol match, three 7 round mags (because the standard issue sidearm was a 1911). No revolvers. This is a rifle match designed for M1 Garands because of the Battle of Chosin Reservoir during the Korean War. A little history may help you understand. So I'm guessing a Mosin-Nagant might be poor form.
