    Default Kit building, which one?

I am selling my AR to pay some bills that came up right away. I will be building another one in a couple weeks though. I am looking at the Del-Ton kits due to the good reviews. My question is on the dissipator. What exactly is the barrel difference? Should I go with that kit or M4 kit and just get rifle length handguards? So many dang choices!!!

Main use will be coyotes and targets, but I would like to stay in the 16" range. I dont care about the feed ramps, some of the best shooting AR's I have had did not have them. I like useing iron sights so a good rail mounted front sight or standard sight tower is necesary.

Now I just have to find a lower!

I ordered a Dissipator from Del-Ton back in October. They were out of stock and said they'd be out of stock for a while. I canceled my order last week and decided to build my own. You can buy the Del-Ton Dissipator here for a little less than the Del-Ton site. Same rifle and it's in stock:

I'vewanted that rifle for the longer site radius and because it's the only 16" kit that i could find with the rifle length gas system. After some further research, I decided to go with a 20" 4150 CMV match barrel cut down to 18" and go with the Midwest Industry SS-15" handguard to give it a Dissipator look. Keeping it at 18" because it will work best with the rifle length gas system than a 16" would plus the 18" gives the bullet more velocity.

If you need to sell yours for quick cash, why not just pawn it?
