    Default Clinton-appointee Stephen G Breyer

And this guy is a Supreme Court justice. It just sickens me. This is what we're (pro-gun types) up against. It's gonna be a long struggle.

Breyer, who just published "Making Our Democracy Work," a book about the role of the court in American life, outlined his judicial philosophy as one in which the court must take a pragmatic approach in which it "should regard the Constitution as containing unwavering values that must be applied flexibly to ever-changing circumstances."
I think the guy is clueless as to the intent of the founding fathers and the importance of not only the 2nd Amendment, but the role of firearms in our nation's history.

I heard a little bit of this on KOA this morning.

Mr. Breyer does not understand the constitution, he understands who put him on the court and what their agenda is.

Just a further example of legislating from the bench. In this case, it's the Highest bench in the land.

BTW roberth - I liked one of your statements enough to use it as my current quote.

Funny. No laws are applied flexibly to me or my family.
