State Department finally wised up and formed their own network separate from the military.I wish the liberal citzens would stop trying to homosexualize the military and the Government stop trying to appease them.
I doubt it was engineered as a leak, but the incident was more of a liberal social sabotage of the current system. It's a good thing PFC Manning did not have access to nuclear consent codes, or I would be facing a global nuclear war.
