    I said this within the week of the announcement a "Group" was buying yet another firearm mfg. I was moderately flamed/ discounted for posting it.
    who would have thought the .gov whould have passed an assault weapons ban either??

    Im not sure why companies sell themselfs off to larger groups unless they are not able to make things work in the first place.
    To bad for all those people that worked there, im sure that they will have no problem finding jobs elsewhere in town making AR's. (sarcasm if you could not tell)

    It very well may be related to the PITA of doing business in that area (anti-gun). The anti-gunners don't give a hoot about how many jobs are lost, they just care about getting rid of the evil guns and dealing w/that attitude wears on a person.
