All,

Using the Feedback Forums is a useful and practically essential tool when determining if you want to deal with a particular user in any sort of Trading Post transaction.

This forum gives you an idea of what you can expect from that user and can be a determining factor in choosing NOT to deal with someone.

This is only useful if we all choose to use this tool properly and efficiently.

The fact is that we've been getting LAZY and not searching the Forum for existing threads for a particular user. This morning I found 9 separate threads for just 1 user.

Not only does this do a disservice to the person getting the feedback, but it becomes a cumbersome tool for the rest of us.

I'd like everyone to take a moment to read (and then follow) the direction given by site manager 7idl for the use of the Feedback Forums (this is a sticky listed at the top of the forum!):

I suggest selecting a search by using the sorting options at the bottom left.
Select Thread Title and then Acending / Decending
This will put the threads in alphabetical order (A-Z / Z-A), making user names easier to find.

this is very important. the feedback forum will be gone through periodically and threads with the same title (user name) will be merged. This could lead to errors, and no one wants that, I'm sure.

thanks -7idl
You can also find direction on the use of the Feedback Forums in the site rules. You should familiarize yourselves with this as well.

Thank you all in advance for cooperating and helping to make this site a fantastic tool for everyone to use.
