Default Local gunsmith to install APEX kit?

Has anyone used a local gunsmith, greater metro Denver, to have the APEX kit installed in their M&P that they could recommend? The price of the kit is reasonable but shipping both ways for the gun gets rather high to have APEX install it. I recognize that I have zero mechanical skill so want to have it done right.

    Thank you for any recommendations.

With a little help from a video I put one of their competition kits on my 45 myself. It can be done pretty easily if you're confident taking it apart and making sure you watch out for a couple tiny pieces.

It was the totally worth the money for the kit. My 45 is like a whole new gun and I've also been able to check out the carry kit in action on a 9mm.

It's also a good opportunity to remove the magazine disconnect if that's something you want to do.

Just do it yourself. Its not hard at all (except when you launch the sear plunger).

Here's my pro tip of the day. Do it inside a white or light colored pillow case. Flying parts can't get far and you get a high-contrast, anti-roll surface to work on!

Shouldn't be a problem for Rob at Bowers Tactical.
