Default Colorado State Patrol Written Exam

I just found out today that I am heading down to Golden on Monday to take the CSP Written Exam. I'm a little nervous about the exam. Has anybody here taken the exam? What should I expect? I would like to do well so I can try to pursue this career. Thanks for any input.

    Default I studied the book

Back in 1996 I studied the State of Colorado POST manual (Peace Officer Standards Training).

Alot of it was common sense.

The Manual can be found here:

    Best of luck!

There won't be any P.O.S.T. questions on the test. It will be a basic, common sense, set of questions to determine your ability to think in a rational manner. Some math, some word problems, some reading comprehension, and logic questions.

Let us know if you pass or not.

    Good luck on the exam!

Remembr, if you passw and eventually get picked up for a CSP position, to NOT ticket anyone with a CO-AR15 bumper sticker (It's still my goal ot get some of these made!).
