Arizona 1070-sued em.
Montana and Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act-sued em.
Can't remember the town in Nebraska but they wanted to verify citizenship before renting etc-sued em.
Why is it the DOJ instead of the ACLU... That's a good question. I have no clue...

But isn't suing them kinda how you do these cases ? wasn't the Hiller and the McDonald cases technically suing them ?
