Has anyone considered the possibility that the (weak) Florida charges are just a convenient way to get a hold of this dipshit's computer, so that they can find the inevitable stash of kiddie pr0n, and charge him under the federal statute?


He has the same First Amendment rights as anyone else, but as always, with rights come responsibilities, and his rights end when they endanger others.
