    Mexico was awesome to go vacation to, about 10 years ago.

    I'm actually going to look into Puerto Rico now, as I'd like to travel to some Spanish speaking, beachy place, that isn't Mexico.

    I think they are... but when you are against the majority who are corrupt, they have a real tough uphill battle.
