A preliminary accident report released Wednesday showed that after a fatal crash in Texas, Colorado state Sen. Suzanne Williams picked up her 3-year-old grandson and put him in a child's carseat before police arrived.

And I bet she buckled him in as well. If this comes to be true then it will be a simple case of cover up with no wiggle room.

there is an update.

I hope they fry her ass. she killed a pregnant woman, possibly the baby (no update on that). injured her own child due to negligence even after she lobbies to have people get in trouble for not buckling up.

she needs to be made an example of.
