Look here are some savage Axis tweaks and info. Currently there aren't really many aftermarket mods besides the trigger. No stocks, no bolt handles. Bolt heads and barrels appear to be the same as other savage models. The action is really a fairly different design. If you really want a cheap savage to part swap on go with a stevens 200. More stocks, triggers and all kinds of mods. Stevens are the same as all the other Savage 11, 12, 110, 111...actions without an accu-trigger. I've talked to a couple of experienced savage smiths and have yet to hear anything positive about the new axis design. Common thought is the Axis is a shortcut design to be cheap. Don't get me wrong they appear to still shoot well just don't expect a lot of parts to come on the market in the near future. If you can find a Stevens for around the same price you'd be better off in the long run. You won't miss out on any accuracy and you'll have more options later.
