Man you guys are making my mouth water with all this Chili talk, and pics (Ginsue). I did have Hickory House for dinner, so I can't complain too much, but still.

I cant ever find the camera when I need it. Maybe I'll send pics tomorrow of the digested side...
I don't want to rub it in, but I'm just now digging into a bowl of Beef flavored Top Ramen.

Yeah, I've actually loaded it up with fresh pico de gallio. My lady makes the best. If that isn't available, I usually put Frank's Red Hot in there. I don't want to derail the delicious chili thread though, I was just trying to be funny.
I do always put Red Hot in Chili too.

Damn, you guys are killin' me! I have to eat canned chili, the wife and grandson won't touch the stuff, and I can't eat up a whole crock-pot batch by myself. I loves me some chili, but can't eat it for days in a row.
Marlboro used to put out some cookbooks with some great-sounding chili recipes.
rondog: Make a big batch - then pack it into individual 1 quart freezer bags and freeze... then when you want some you can either nuke it or toss the bag in a pot of boiling water.
