What's wrong with it? The owner at Auto Doctor is a very good friend of mine and is 2nd amendment friendly. He does very good work and is very good priced. Call them tomorrow and ask for Doyle.

They cant fix Ford vans. I dont know where all the actual mechanics from Greeley went, most shops got rid of high paid techs and replaced them with grease monkey guys to save money. A lot of the good techs either work in Denver now or they changed professions.

Yeah but it wont make it to denver on it's own and i just need to know what part to replace. I can swap the whole axle from the junk yard in an afternoon if I have to but it's hard to tell whats going on without a lift

Its to bad that it is not just in greeley, That is how its been all over for the last few years.
I have worked in the dealer for 12 years and seen some good times. right now its kind of bad all over.
I do alot of extra work at my house and dont need a lift. for any big jobs i will send over to a friend who has a lift in a small shop.
If anyone needs anything just let me know. I can give references and you can call some of my customers. from chief of police to local business owners that i serve.
and if you have a ford under warranty you can bring it to the shop i work at.

as far as your rear diff goes, it may save you some $ to get a used diff assy.

you can pick those up and install for less than you would to replace all the worn out parts in your diff. a ring and pinion with all the bearings can get spendy.
i have had very good luck doing that in the past
go to car-part.com to look for one

yeah, year before last I ran into that problem. A garage that was just a bunch of lube techs guess-fixing their way thru my money and time.

Having worked there at Auto Doctor, I can tell you that they will fix anything. I don't know where you heard that from but you are wrong. I worked on plenty of Ford's there over the years. Give Doyle a call Wulf202
