I'll leave that to my buddy. I will help though. we will systematically go through every inmate in the country. if his/her crime(s) are severe enough or the sentence is for life or more without the possibility of parole, and the evidence is absolutely clear, no questions asked, then yes, the right to breathe should be revoked.
