Gee, by that reasoning what does it matter if we have waiting periods, limits on number of firearms purchases, "arsenal" permits, etc. If you don't care about the sort of incrementalism mentioned here on the passport applications, and lots of other folks, even hunters, don't care about the incrementalism of "assault weapon" bans and such, what's the difference? None. Same thing, different topic. I'm with BP. I don't like the idea of morals being dismantled by people who have none, while they try to tell me what's right and wrong, while simultaneously telling me I don't have the right to decide that for myself or my kids.
